	I use architectural software to establish an optimum and highly accurate perspective based on your plans. A hand drawn sketch is then produced from this to establish a preferred angle, and to 'rough in' any environmental details such as landscaping, driveways etc. This sketch can be altered to your satisfaction before proceeding.
	A preview of the illustration can be emailed to you at any stage, this can be done as a color test. You can request to have additions or alterations made to the illustration at any time. The finalized version is emailed as a high res. digital image, and the original can be forwarded and or mounted, or kept for future alteration.
